Rear Wing Without Center Column (02-03)

Ok, I like the wings on the 02-03 Lancers, the ones that came OEM, but there's one thing that throws me off, that little pillar in the middle. It would look perfect were it not for that. Does anyone know if they make a wing like this, and if so anyone know where I could find it?

Thanks, would appreciate anyones knowledge

No problem hey post some pics when you get it. I'm thinking about getting that one or this carbon fiber RRM spoiler but it has no LED.

Or you could save some money by using your stock spoiler and ripping the center column off... Sounds sketchy, but apparently it's been done, and with good results. Also, remember there's a hole in the center of your trunk you gotta fill

IMO that looks cleaner than our oem ones. that center pillar seems bothersome

So, how do you move the wires in stuff, I'm starting to like this idea also, but I have no clue where the wires would be put through, and it seems like a huge pain, lol

Yeah I'd love to do this, but that part along with having to fill in the hole is going to be a pain me thinks.

the wires for the brake light are not where the 3rd pillar is.... the wires are on the right side so the center piece has no wires... just rip it off and make the bottom smooth... and paint..

hey before i got a new spoiler i ripped the center of my OEM one off. there's nothing really connected in the center and it looks so much better. if you don't care about the holes just cut it up. lol, the center is stuck onto the top of the spoiler by a kind of screw so if you don't care, just jack the center piece in half and you'll see its hollow. once you see the screws that screw it onto the top, either unscrew it or just cut the thing off (i cut it off). the holes i covered with sticker tape.. one of my buddies does stickers so he got me two rectangular pieces that matched my oem color. can't even tell there's a sticker unless you REALLY look. anyways hope that helps.
