Dude I just went through every page of this thread and theres only been a couple pictures that I don't like but your car is sick...I dont think I saw anyone ask this but what do you do for a living that you can keep modding your car like this? lol if you dont mind me asking. I'm just starting to mod mine or should edit that going to start modding mine after christmas because I have gifts to buy lol. But I think rims and tires are going to be my first exterior mod but your car looks so good in 15's and 17's I dont know what I want now cause I thought I did want 17's but after seeing all your pics I'm just lost now!!!! LoL But all in all keep the pics coming and making me more jealous of the money and time I dont have!! LMAO

 

customization makes alot of difference when your chosing your mods. thats why his car looks so good.
(keep in mind other suspension mods when chosing your tire/rim combo, they can change the way your car looks dramatically, but might not look how you want them if your car isnt the right height) - i definatly recommend 16s or 15s after destorying my first set of 17s. but do it right, or dont bother at all, i know that from learning the hard way.

(dont forget that your smaller wheel means bigger tire, normally meaning more tread and longer lasting tires, for any dd car i dont think replacing tires once or twice a year is on your list of things to do, but can and ill happen with low profile tires like you would need on 17s or 18s.)

 

yeah i agree i think 16's are perfect ccause they'r big enough but you can get a big enough tire on them. also you can lower your car with them and not have it look like a monster truck. take it from someone with 17's i bent 2 rims in 1 year

 

ya.. i destoyed all 4 rims inside of 9months.. (still have them on the car because ive spent to much on other mods 'finishing up my turbo build this week') got to get a new set, or put the stock oz's back on in the next week or two

i might actually get another set of 17s, but thats only because this car is no longer gunna be my daily driver(mainly for shows and track days) but i will definately go with a bigger tired next time (215/45/17s for sure, and prey that i dont rub)

 

awesome thanks guys I think ill prolly go with 16's now and maybe 15's depending if I see something I like. My car is blue and I want to get black rims and black out my head and tail lights I'm thinking that would look pretty sick but wont know till I get the mods in. looking on ebay now at some depo head and tail lights that are a good price in black. any good? ill prolly ask some friends of mine to see what they think

 

depo headlights are fine, and normally a must, jdm look is a little nicer 'cleaner'. but taillights can be a weird subject with alot of people. they can look good depending on the rest of the exterior mods, but normally on a relativally stock car they just look retarded.
i would say hit up the depo headlights. and look into some nice 16s. (i would stick to silver rims on a blue body. if its not the right color for you, get them painted, check out the enkei rpf1 rims, they are one of the nicer rims out there that you can really abuse, and still dont rape your bank account. and atleast get some tein s-tech springs while your at it) and you would be a good start.
