Rim Help!

Hey guys
so i want to get rims for my car. I was looking at 16s because i plan on lowering my car and i think it fits better. i was also looking at 17s but i feel like 17s on a lancer look too big unless you have a body kit and 17s may cause rubbing problems.

Any advice or input would be greatly appreciated!

No, plenty of ppl have 17's and haven't had any problems, I do bbelieve that 17 is ths highest though. 18's, now that's where the problems start rolling in

I had 18's on my lancer, dont get 18's if you want to drop your car. Just get some 17's with some 35's or 40's.

17's do fill in the wheel wells pretty well! but if you plan on auto-xing or for more of a performance-move, go with 15's/16's.

17" is the best looking and you shouldn't have any trouble lowering. Over the years the only trouble I've ever heard about was with 18's or 19's(you can't drive on 19's). And for the price you really aren't paying usually more than $10 more for the same wheel in 17 over 16's, price just isn't an issue.

Yes, a 40 offset is fine! I had a 42 offset on my 17" Rojas.

I personally would go with 16" they seem like a good medium.

Also, sorry to hijack the thread. But what are some good sites for lancer rims aside from the tire rack? And if not sites good brands?
