is the back a little soft?

 

would our stock dunlops sp 5000 fit the dc5 18s?

 

Unless you get something crazy like 18x10. But as long as the width is about the same as stock (7.5"), you should be golden.

Why you'd want to use the Dunlops, I don't know. I hated those tires.

Does anyone know if there is a way to get these rims in the matte black finish, but without the red stripe - just all 100% matte black??

 

You can also paint just the stripe but why don't you want the stripe. It looks nice with it.

i too dislike the stripe, it disrupts the flow or the contrast between the two tones of whatever the cars color is. i just hate it... i generally hate chrome lips too... idk, juts personal preference.

 

I just would rather have all black rims, to go with my blacked out front bumper. instead of blue car, black bumper, black rims, and random red stripe. But now that I think about it, I guess it would go with the red "theme" i want to do under the hood

I also hate chrome lips, especially on cars like ours....its too flashy

 

i dont know, how bout the Charcoal Gray/Gun Metal? I think it would look nice...

 

Well I looked at those and they are nice, but id rather just have flat black...thats just me though!

hey Sweet ride. question, which vendor did you get your teins from? I have a wicked white 09 gts and just got my type m's in white w/ red stripe installed couple of days ago and I'm in need of some springs. It just doesn't sit right on the car. Rims look pretty good there 18x8 with a 37 offset.
