My 2009 Lancer!

Edit: [Update pg.2!]

It's stock right now - I admit I'm clueless to all the car technicalities, so my modding will start with an the most difficult of tasks - putting in a Shark Fin and chrome door handles! Tints and rims are in order as well, but I think I'll let the real experts handle that!

Very nice, congrats. I hope you didn't pull a crypto and put your steering wheel upside down.

You do know the shark fins do not fit on the models with the Nav and/or Sirius, right?

Yes I've read a lot about that. But it's confusing, because there's a member in the Mitsubishi-forums who has Sirius, and he was able to place the shark fin just fine. I actually contacted Arthur (from VG Shark Fin Antenna) and sent him pics of his car before (with the big satellite base) and after with the shark fin. Arthur replied:

"That is interesting, we did some test fits before and it didn't fit the antenna that was larger. I'm not sure why that one fit, I'll have to look into it again to see why. Please hold out in the meantime, while we figure out the fitment for the Lancer. My apologies on the discrepency, we'll look into whether there are different types of antenna bases offered in different regions or not."

I'm waiting on him to get back to me, but I might just jump the gun and buy it anyway. I think Arthur might be mistaken. But then again I'm a wishful thinker, so we'll see!

After my post, I did go and read that thread at Mitsu Forums. The VG people seem to think it doesn't, yet there have been people who said they fit it just fine. I hope it really does fit for us.

But unfortunately they do not have Octane Blue yet. Maybe by the time they say it does fit, they'll update colors.

Tell you what, go ahead and order one and be the guinea pig for us

Off topic - Beads arnt my thing either. Shes a beauty man, you gotta hold it down for the red lancers! I got an 02 rio red and its nice to see da rally reds cruisn around. The GTS is BEAUTIFUL and the 168 hp engine makes me very jealous of the new models.... Hope you take care of her...

I'm not a big fan of the beads either, but they'll probably stay on until I can think of a better way to girlify her. Haha.

Do I at least get a cage and an exercise wheel?! I'll probably order one this coming week, I'm fairly sure it'll fit since I doubt it'll fit in one and not another - but we'll see!
