Just got this installed, ordered all the way from poland. Tell me what you think. I was gonna get the vortex generator installed, but I think it's played out since everyone has them, and that's what you would expect to see on a Lancer/Evo. Anyways, here ya go....

very nice spoiler! yea, the vortex generator is pretty played out, plus the Evo Xs don't have them so i'd imagine it looking a little wired on a GTS. anyway congrats on the new mod!!

Correct me if I'm wrong but the function of the vortex generators is too help direct the air flow towards the rear spoiler.

Your roof spoiler seems like it would lift the air flow up and possibly over the rear spoiler, therefore decreasing your downforce.

 

That's the Idea behind it... but unless you're flying down the road at 100+ you're not really getting any performance benefits from it. It's all about aesthetics...

Speaking of looks, the roof spoiler looks awesome, finally something other than a vortex

lol, it doesn't block any visibility at all. trust me, it's only about 2 inches thick so it doesn't really block anything. didn't come painted, but it only cost me $100 to have it sanded, primered, painted, and clearcoated, and it only took about 2 days of a wait. all in all, with the price of painting it, buying and shipping, a little under then $300.

and thanks everyone, i will have up better pics soon, hopefully this weekend after i wash my car, it's really dirty from all the rain this past week.

^yeah, i got custom made eyebrows done and also had the front bumper painted black, but i'm going to get the eyebrows redone cuz i don't really like the way they look. somewhere i have posted the RRM Carbon fiber grill installed also. I'll post better pics up this coming weekend (hopefully) of everything i have done to it, or if you're up for it, just search the forums for the ones i posted and that'll give away what i have installed on it lol
