^no, you dont need projectors. You can install angel eyes with the normal headlights. It's been done.

I'm sure all he did was spray the red on the wheel, wait for it to dry, then masked off the area he wanted to keep red and sprayed the rest of the wheel with the gunmetal.

Nope. Read on a different forum that he got a custom made vinyl for each wheel. So the red lip on his wheels are only vinyl. Looks real good tho
