Wow, you know, this is the first time I've noticed that they don't all come that way. I guess my dealer installed them because I never even thought of them.

I'm glad mine didn't come with it. I hated the ones on the side of my accord for years. The only way to get rid of them was to weld the holes and repaint lol.
