Yah I just skratched my car moving my computer. The skratch is probably like an half an inch long but looks somewhat deep....I am scared What should I do? I went and got toutch up paint for it...Does anyone think that will do the job...If so how should I apply it.

most dealers around here sell a kit for touch-up that smooths out the filler. You might want to check around. it runs about $14 with the touch-up paint

no man, if u sand it ur gonna **** up the edges and bring the damage thicker.

clean it well, not with water cuz it'll rust (u said it was deep right), do that asap. u can touch it up abit with some touch-up paint.

and then run to ur local hardware store and get some turtlewax/mcguire/mother's scratch remover, the one that comes with liquid wax and a lipstick thingy. it should get rid of it, or most of it, depending on depth.

good luck man.

oh and i forgot, if its deep all the way into the metal, rust proof it cuz its been exposed.

if its white, as in u just scraped the clearcoat, use the wax/touch up thing.

I knew a touch-up guy that would apply touch-up paint with a syringe. Turned out really good.
