what are the best ways to remove the leters on the back of my lancer

thanks for the info but i dont recmend using a eraser i tryed and it kinda scuffed the clear coat the best thing i found to use was my thumb the only bad part aobut that was that it was sore after words

Like he said use the search button. But if ur lazy use dental floss to get the letters off. Use goo gone and give some attention to taking off the goop. Then just wax and if there is still a slight ghost of an image it will go away in time. TADA

and. use a blow dryer or let your car soak in the sun for a day. that would make it a billion times easier..

blow dryer to heat up the glue behind the letters, dental floss to remove them, goo gone the leftover glue, then wax. LOL please don't use a screwdriver to scrape them off, he wuz juss kidding... i hope... =P jk

yeah good job. I forgot about telling him about the hair dryer. Oh and if you are going to use a screw driver make sure its really really sharp and use a hammer to hit it really really hard into the trunk.

or your other option is to take off your trunk lid and hit it against a concrete wall until the letters fall off. but i think the easiest way is dragonlancer's method. post pics afterwards..

ill post pics in a little while when its done raining here i just used my thumb to rub off the rest if the excess adhesive granted my thumb was sore afterwards but i guess that is the price you pay
