Plenty of Cash and some decisions to make
16x7 - enkei rpf1 - they weigh 13lbs (we can only get them in silver for our lug pattern, get them powercoated any color you want, its not exspensive)
205/45/16's (good Ultimate summer tires)
RRM front and rear struts/RRM sway bar/Tein s-tech Springs.
and your car will handle like a sports car. and look good to... (improve your gas milage also, lighter wheels help alot!)
everything else.. put into the motor. (sound and interior gets emo after a short time, trust me i know, people grow up, and only thing thats changes is how much power you want) <-- that goes for everything, not just cars

Your car won't handle like a sports car, it will just handle better than stock. I'm not trying to be an ***, just realistic. The difference from stock will be substantial though. To save money, you can go with Rotas that weigh almost as little as the Enkeis but without the cost. You could also try the Kosei which are very lightweight as well. For tires, I would go with a 215/45 or 215/50 tire. Strut bars are a waste of money and don't actually do much, at least not enough that you'd notice it while cruising around. A sway bar is a good idea. As for the springs/struts, I'm sure some will say go with coilovers but to be honest coilovers are overrated. They're great if you have the time and money to set them up properly but unless you buy a high end kit (I'm sorry but Tein Basics or even the Superstreets are not high end), they come with very stiff rides, noises, low reliability and other issues. A good spring and strut combo is more than enough for most people.
