Sponges pick up dirt and drag it across the paint surface causing scratches. They're not the best things to use when washing cars. I've found one of those wool mitten things to work much better.

i went and bought this thing from home depot for roughly 90 bux. it increase the water pressure from the hose. that sucker cleans with out scrubbing. and its safe for the paint too. it has an adjustable nozzle so u dont have to worry about it being too strong. the funny thing is u see the bird crap fly off the car. (when i say fly i mean fly). and when i change the nozzle to fine stream. its mad strong. i can clean the rims with out no hassle. juss aim and fire. i can see all the dirty, grease, crap like that juss flow off the rims and it leaves a black spot on the ground. if u have questions about it. IM me. i dont check email FYI
