2006 ES Build

Ok guys this is the first of many posts so bear with me. I bought an 06 ES cause I had to trade in my truck (06 F-150 4-Door 5.4 Liter) to save on gas and get lower payments. Well I was not a car guy at all until recently i found out that I could make my Lancer looks clean so I decided to start modding it. So far I have installed/done myself on my car: black housing headlights, 01-03 m modded spoiler, shorty antenna, viper 791xv remote start/alarm, 2 12" MTX 5500's with a RockforFosgate amp and 35% tint on windows and limo tint on back window. I have the EVO vortex generator sitting here next to me ready to be installed but I have to wait until it gets warm here so the compound can set correctly. So this is my build thread and I've just started so I know there is alot more I need to do and trust me I plan on it.

How I started

Took my car for a wash today...

Black Housing Head Lights that I painted myself...

Took my car for a photoshoot today and this is what it looks like now...

And my audio system..

Yea i may be getting some 17's from one of the users on here and was thinking of getting sport springs instead of coilovers cause ive heard good things on those. and its sorta hard to hand wash it yourself when you live in an apartment and no access to a water hose lol

Depends on how you drive . I have had my stock shocks with my 2 inch drop for over a year now and still drives great without any shocks blowing !

lol I ride on the brakes alot also , and stop at the last second .But you should be good on the springs , only hard thing is the 06 have diff suspension so its going to be hard finding some . Also i have "Fun" while driving my car and the shocks are still good

Sorry but i say neither , since you have a darker car you want something that stands out , i would say try finding something polished .

Btw the photoshop made them look like 17's lol my car has 16's
