2006 Lancer OZ - On its way up

So I just got a 2006 Lanzer OZ Rally, and am starting to really look into getting some upgrades on this thing. Its pretty much all stock right now.

To start off I am looking to get the following stuff:

17" Tires/Wheels (currently has 15")
Tires http://www.discounttire.com/dtcs/fin...09149&sw=false

Wheels http://www.discounttire.com/product/...fur.bmf.xl.jpg

(will also lower my car a couple inches after getting the new wheels/tires put on)

Cold Air Intake

I have also been tossing around the idea of getting a body kit for this thing. Im not really a huge fan of the way it looks right now...especially the front. From talking with several auto guys near me, they say Polyurethane is the way to go - however, FINDING a good bodykit that fits this car and is made from Polyurethane seems to be my biggest issue right now. Every kit I find that I like is made from Fiberglass, Duraflex or VFiber. So any advise I can get on this would be great. Here are a couple examples of what im looking at in ways of style:

From talking to a couple of the auto-body guys here, they said they dont like Fiberglass because it breaks easily, and if you bump into something, the paint will easily chip off. So, I dunno. The body kit is the last thing on my "to do" list for this car. But just wanted to throw it out their to see if I could get some feedback on what other people have used, and how well it works.

Other things on "the list" include getting a roof spoiler (although, im having a hard time finding one for my car - best I can find is the "universal" one with is just 7 individual pieces), doing touch-up paint on some small scratches on the car, as well as getting an all over buff and polish to get out some of the minor scuffs around the car. Also am considering a new muffler/exaust - although I have been warned my mutipul people that getting a new exaust will send up red flags all over the place for cops to stop me for making too much noise. Anyone have any feedback on that?

Wish list consists of stuff like a new hood/trunk (carbon fiber), maybe a new rear spoiler and if I had the money I would do a completly new color (like yellow).

Anyways, let me know what you guys think. This car is less than a week old - so its a cool new project to occupy my time. Looking for any/all feedback on any of the things I listed as well as anything else people think of that might be "easy" to add to the project.
