Flicker? If you aren't running a relay so that the ballast gets power from the battery directly then thats the cause...esp if you have a 50W ballast

im runnin a 35w ballast and i have the harness hooked up with relays to the battery, but because of our DRL if we go hid we get flicker when the lights are in the off position

I'm jealous, those look awesome. Can't wait till I have more $$ and I can do that.
I got an anti-flicker from "02-Lancer-Es" here on evom. Can't remember exact price but was between $20-25 shipped. They work great, but to stop the flicker the low's are always on but it stops the flicker.

does it stop the flicker when the lights are in the off position?

i still need to fine tune the cutoff

Instead of your lights flickering, u're lights come on right when u turn the car on, even when u're lights are in the off position. The lows are always on. The flicker really cuts down the life of hid's so I can live with them always on and I'm sure as hell not gonna try and mess around and rewire the drls.
