in my opinion its all the way 17's and i went crazy 215/45/17 with a 7.5 wide rim dropped on tein stechs n no gap. looks sexy but u will def feel a slow down...n the rims r only 16 lbs... my 16" konigs were nice but with a 50 tire your odometer is offff. so u gonna need like a 205/55/16 for every inch u go bigger on a rim ever 5 u go down in stock height.... so 195/60/15 1 up 195/55/16 but 16's r usually wider so 205 or 215 better but honestly all ur choice if u want a real nice look n ur not gonna be pushing the car 17's is it...but your going to need a drop wit 16's bigger tire n ur prolly gonna not like urself for it cuz when u install it the size dif isnt too much from stock. on a es... ya but oz no.

the 16's konig caffeines wit coilover drop to make it perfectly flat

But this is what killed me... see it sits loow but side to side gap ewww

nowwww with the 17's filled gap higher up not needed to slam car jus slapped one tein stechs n smoooth n big time no no pothole problems i tried it out purposely since the insruance is on em.
