im considering tint, but dont know what percentage to get.. dont wanna get it too dark coz of all the po-po's around here. so anyone have pics of tint with 35% or 50% all around? if someone does so happen to have pics, please post what percentage ur running alone with the picture. thanks

you won't like 35%, i had my windows on 35 and 50, and i paid 200$ to have 20% all around, looks nice, not too dark, you can see in, but enough where you can't, know what i mean?

p.s. havent gotten one ticket for them yet

50% is way too light, you won't be happy with it. Get at least 35%.

 

i have 50% in the front, 40% on the passenger doors, and 30% on the rear. percentages are how much light gets through..so lightest in front middle in middle, darkest in back. click on my name to see what i mean. i like how it looks, haven't been pulled over for having tint on front either and i live in cali, so long and short, i like what i got.

5% all around your just asking for a ticket, its different in all state but anything above 20% on front is legal, the back doesn't matter, but i have 20, im breakin the law, snickers, you can see me, 5% you can see black

I've got 35 in the front and 20 in the back, I love it. not too dark nor too light and i have gotten pulled over and the cops have never said anything about any of the mods on my car. I live in CT. peace

 

geez, with 5% all the way around....you must not want anyone to see what you have in the car...or maybe you don't want them to see the driver, ugly factor?? i like when the girls can see me. my $.02.

Check with the tint shop, they should know how much you can do legally, if that is a worry. I went VA legal, 50 in front, 35 rear. I think at least 35 all the way around would have looked better, but don't want/need no **** from the cops. Plus the shop that did it won't replace for free if it's illegal they said

 

thanks for the input guys.. as for jersey, any tint in the front [driver/passenger windows] is illegal. thats why i wanna go light just in case.. i guess i will be going probably 35% all around.. but if you guys can still give more info, i'd gladly appreciate it
