sorry about the title.. i'm just on a homework break and i'm BORED... there's no emoticon to explain my bored...-ness

anyways, i was wondering if there would be any way to make 18x8 rims (42mm offset) fit on my es. the bolt pattern is 4x100 (yea, i found the right ones), but they only come in this width! it's annoying, as i would rather have 18x7 or 7.5 at max, but if i can pull it off w/o makin it look like utter ****, i'd be willing to buy. they're buddy club p1 racing ii, and they're absolutely beautiful! i've heard that these go for quite a lot, but i found them for $900 shipped! the ones i found come in gunmetal or gold, but i'd be feelin the gunmetal on my car a lot more (white es). too bad they don't have bronze tho .

i'm not asking for your opinions on "rub RUB rubbin RUbBisH," just on your theories to make this work (ie, fender flares/rolls, etc).
oh.. and i guess i'm asking for opinions on the rims too... that's never bad =).

whitemike92 seems to have 19x8 on his car, now that i thought about it. does anyone who has seen this car in person know if this sticks out? looks like he has an es also...
