as much as i say "DIE ACCOLADE!!!" i'm probably gonna buy it from them because of the bar issue..
but the thing is... all i want is an evoII kit... don't care from where, just want it to fit in nice, and that i wouldn't have to do ISH to it... :: cries :: WHY IS THIS SO... .man all i want is to spend my money properly...
well one thing is for sure and that being removing your bar is a big no.. no..

personally I think the Accolade looks better and the mid section is wider so you can mount your front plate. All for U.S. spec

it all depends on where you live. i personally think a front plate would take away from the look of the kit. the good thing is we dont get hasseled for no front plate around my area. whichever kit you get, let us know how it turns out. just remember every company has different requirements. i thought it was kind of weird when it was mentioned that accolades evo 5 kit required you to remove the saftey bar as well, but everyone just says something to the effect of "yeah but it fits flawlessly". so?, you still have to remove the saftey bar......

well here do this:
1 which kit do YOU like the best?
2 do you WANT the crash bar?
3 find out from both company's how long your going to wait for your kit
4 and finally either one you go with, just prepare yourself just in case. which one is going to be easiest to deal with in case there are problems.

honestly the way i see it, your going to have to decide for yourself. its not really fair to ask for a vote. on one side you have guys say "accolade sucks.... look at all the bad fitments and problems with shipping." and on the other side you have the guys saying "import trenz does not have a crash bar.... its not safe." you got some deciding to do.

If you're really that impatient, then just get it from Import Trenz. But if you think you'll end up regretting not keeping the bar in the front, then just wait for the Accolade kits to arrive. Make your decision when you see some comparisons. You've already waited this long, what's a few more weeks? Your Lancer isn't gonna get any uglier or anything. Just don't make any hasty decisions that you'll end up regretting.

exactly, i DON'T want to make a hasty decision... and i'm not about to.

Thats why i'm really searching for everything that may be wrong about both sides... I really don't want to waste my money.

1. I LOVE THE EVOII LOOK... that's pretty much it hehe
2. I want as much safety as possible in my car, Not just for me... but for my girl and her daughter as well.
3. i'm on it
4. I'm really trying to come to a conclusion on which one's less of a hassle* and would just DAMN NEAR click on and play, that's what i want... to get it, put it on, and GOOOOOOOO

i'm waiting on getting my kit to get my car's paint job done, and getting rid of this one dent on the roof of my car ( this ******* got drunk and punched my car... it's ok, i keyed his car, stabbed his tires, and before that i tackled him down just to beat him to a bloody pulp... )
seriously, this car is MY TOY ... and i pretty much want nothing but the best for it
it's like my escape i love to drive , what can i say hehe
