I see overspray! did you just rattlecan it with the break on, or did you pull the whole break out of there? I assume you left it on cuz of the oversray...

You took the rust off right? Cause ive been wanting to do that for my brake drums cause they are uber rusty. All my friends keep telling me that I gotta get the rust off and I keep asking them how but they go "DONNO!"

So do you have to take the rust off? And if so, what did you use?

i've got rust on my drums too but not a lot there .. it's more on the outer part where it's pretty visible. i'd also like to know what you did you remove the rust besides paint.

I think a dremel tool with a thin wire brush would do the job on the rust.

nice job.. but the way you shaved your trunk is opposite to what other people do.. hehe. we usually shave off the lancer letters and leave everything else there.. but it looks nice like that too. tryin to get the look of the RRM project drag lancer? .. again, good job

Looks great. I hate seeing all the rust on my brakes. Maybe I should get off my lazy butt and clean and paint too.

I did my front callipers in yellow but i did not use paint i removed the callipers and took them to my buddys body shop and got them cleaned and paint ready but then used 2 part epoxy i am very sure i will have no rust ever. I would have done the drums but i am looking to change the drums to rotors soon but when i do i will epoxy those too. Sorry i have no pics but i might in a little while P.S It looks rally pimped and Profesional.
