alright.. here's the situation.. i called about 8 mitsu dealerships from new jersey, new york, and pennsylvania and gave them the part number.. NOT ONE dealership had the part number in their databases and said, "its not showing up because its a part that's made specifically for the cars overseas and wouldnt be able to ship it here at all." wut a bunch of bull****. then, what happened with the last dealership i called was i gave them the part number for the JDM grill and it showed up.. they quoted me for 162.50. then, i gave them the ralliart grill part number and it didnt show up at all. then i told them that "both of them are products on cars overseas and how come you could get me the JDM grill but not the ralliart?" and they just simply said they couldn't.. this sucks.. got my hopes up for nothing.. if anyone has any luck, post the dealer name and number and where they're located at.. or if you would be kind enough to organize an order for grills, let us know..

Hi Everyone, I am going to japan in less than a week. I was wondering if anyone would be interested if I was to go pick up a few ralliart grills. That is if I can navigate my way around japan. But hopefully I can find it. I am thinking of brining 5 back to the U.S. Quick question tho. Is the cedia grille for ralliart the same as the U.S. spec one? If it is then I think i know how to describe to them what it is. If no one is interested then I guess i will just forget this idea then. Msg me asap. My last day that i will check is tomorrow then Im heading to Taiwan then japan a few days later.

 

im interested, i pM'ed you.. if anything, you could probably get this part easier in taiwan than japan. .. the thing is, we dont know how much to give you for these grills so, if its ok with you, we give you the money when you come back? i know its listed as 11400 yen ($98 US), but who knows... get back to us please

 

sorry everyone, I tried everything I could to get the number to go through, but to no avail, working at a dealer can be a good thing, in this case its just frustrating as hell

anyway, I'm going to talk to my regional rep and see if there is anything he can do to get them

i called 3 mitsu dealers here and gave them that part number and they said they dont have it and cant get it thru the dealers caseu its overseas, but when i gave the JDM part # lo and behold they had that one! then he couldnt explain why he could get it and not the other one... lol a-holes....

I just talked to one of the guys at the mitsu warehouse in dallas, He gave me a phone number to a person at the corperate H.Q. than can order in the parts, I will let yall know as soon as I talk to her

I'm waiting for a call back from the guy at Mitsu Corprate, I'm trying to get the microfishe for the jdm cedia as well so i can get part numbers for all the parts ie... grill bumper, bumper grills, fogs, etc...
