I want to put mesh grilling where the black mesh is but i do not know how to go about taking the bumper off. If someone could tell me how that would be great.

 

The two side vents are easy enough without taking the bumper off, you just gotta be able to squeeze your hand between the mud cover and the bumper or take the mud covers off using a screw driver and being very careful not to brake the tabs holding it on. As for the bumper, check the RMR front lip install and I think it explains how to remove the bumper. Otherwise just run a search on removing the lancer's bumper.
