yellow oz help

i am going to paint my calipers and rear brake drums . just wanted to know other yellow owners opinion on wether i should go with yellow or red paint . kinda stupid ? but i thought i would ask. thanks .

i have a yellow oz.. i'd go with the red if i ever wanted to paint mine.

i saw a yellow lancer out by my area with red accents...looks like McDonalds on wheels IMO..but do whatever pleases you...

ok after seeing the pics of the yellow evo, it WOULD look better w/ red just as long as you DONT have ugly *** red decals all over your car lookin' like mcdonalds on wheels then ur all good!

My vote is red, yellow would be way too hard to keep clean. Drive a few miles, wash off the calipers, drive a few miles, wash off the calipers.

Actually keeping the calipers clean is easier than you think. The brake dust seems to move away from the calipers. If you use a high temp caliper paint it is generally a glossy and not very sticky. Think of it as your actual car paint. Would you not buy yellow just because of brake dust? If I was to paint them I would either do blue or yellow. Red doesnt look very good IMO.

yeah red looks pretty nice on that Evo. I like the contrast red brings. If you painted the calipers yellow, I'd have to say it's too much yellow.
