Okay, I got my RRM chrome tails and I thought the install went flawless BUT!!!!! theres always a but when installing parts, i hate it. when turn on the right blinker, it goes like super fast. and only the left one is on always... when i hit the brakes, the reverse lights, brake lights and reg lights all go on at the same time!!!! and then i put my stock ones back in and they worked fine, what the hell is wrong with these tails. its gottta be the wire harnesses w/ the bulbs.. can i switch the harness from the stock tails to the new altezza tails? also i noticed the bulbs are different on the rrm tails... Im so confused right now... please someone help!

 

check the connection after the new ones are in. if thats not it then its the old wiring. you might have to rewire the wires by the bulb. look at the stock wiring in to the bulb then check if is identical to the new ones. another thing, u said it was flashing real fast, i think that means all the power is going to one side, wires miight be defective.

 

oh yeah, its not hard to switch out the wiring from the new lights, they pull out easily, just make sure to push em in real tight

 

how can it be the old wiring? The rrm's (depos) home with its own harness and bulbs. they are acting like they are cursed or something, it's real weird.... do you think i can put the stock harness/bulbs in the RRM's?

 

i had the same problem. u gotta readjust the wiring, some of the lights when they came out of the DEPO factory weren't verified properly.

look at ur stock light's wiring and put your aftermarket one EXACTLY the same way. follow the wires and put 'em on properly. if i remember correctly, one 2 had to be interchanged....

anyone with half a brain can fix this. goold luck.
