defenetly,u could do that to ur lancer,i think its not a bad idea just dont make it like accolade with no tires and very high so it looks like a monster truck or whatever,just get ur 
juice and think what ur doin b4 doin it,btw the first ram posted belongs to a man in a wheelchair,i thought it was a joke but acctually,the guy drives it in his seat with pedals like a motorcycle,anyways,chek this monsta out

IMHO, this kind of wheel would fit better on a black mirror-tinted-window-ultra-lowered-pneumatic-shocks-2x18" subbed XPlod- Cadillac escalade... and you'd need to wear a fat Sean Paul coat with lil' fur on the collar and wear those 2kg chains around your neck (even though you have ultra-lightweight stuff in your car)...
