Custom front grille instructions.
I thought about doing that but I didn't want to risk the integrity of the hood. I'm sure Mitsu put those there for a reason. Taking turns at high speeds may cause the hood to warp or even offset the alignment to the point of where the hood will not close correctly or look uneven with the body. I painted the mid section of the opening black which came out nice and clean. You dont even notice it.
um ok im gonna make myself look really stupid here or im gonna point somehting out that everyoe must have missed is it there or am i on drugs? is the mitsu symbol upside down? whats the purpose for this ?if this some kind of like fad or is it a mistake? guys dont make fun of me too bad

any racer knows that flipping your emblem upside down increases air flow to the engine thus more gains in HP. there was a significant gain in performance after i performed this modification. i believed that super street magazine did an article on this awhile back, they dyno'd a car and found 15 additional horses after flipping the emblem. i take my turns sideways at 120 mph as it also increased my cars overall handling. come on guys, wheres your sense of humor? don't take things to seriously. but remember where you saw it first.
did my grill, yay!
I did my grill, woohoo....It's a diagonal cross-hatch design...
Fits into the two opening on the front...
Of course it's only temporary because I wanted to make a carbon fiber replica of my grill frame...It worked...kinda, but I barely saved the stock grill frame after i put too much resin...Well anyway, yeah, I had to use chickenwire, and get some really good hedge-clippers to snip through the mesh with...It came out okay, but I need to make a more professional version of it...I'll prolly do that after I get better at carbon-fiber molding...Heheh...Oh well, yeah, I'll post sum pics tomorrow.
