Question Does....

Ok, i hope someone can answer my question, here it is.
Can a Evo8 front end clip fit a OZ or Es Lancer? Because i would like to replace it with a sweet Evo aftermarket front bumper.

Oh yeah, also where can i get Evo tail lights and head lights?, and will they fit a Oz or Es?

No exterior body parts or panels will bolt right up to a regular lancer. Serious body work would have to be done.

Umhum, and for that kinda money your better off just buying the evo. Custom body work = too much money.

Heres my 02 cents. Dont try to make it something its not. I used to have an OZ too so im not hating on the car. Im just not a big fan of body kits and stuff. The car looks good enough how it is. It doesnt seem like you have the car yet because you asked about the OZ and ES. The only differences body wise is front lip, side skirts, and rear lip. Take those off and you have an ES (im pretty sure you do?) If you dont have the car yet Id prolly suggest that you look for something else if you dont like how it looks now. Especially since the power is no reason to get a lancer. But if you are stuck on the lancer Id get an OZ, drop it, throw on some rims, and youll be set for looks.

why do you guys want to do this to our lancers? does it really satisfy people to think they are driving a car that has more than double our HP? I can understand if you got a kaminari kit that dresses up our car instead of making it look like a car its not, and it keeps the lines of our car. I have an ES and just bought an OZ kit and am planning on getting an RMR lip, I think our car should be kept simpler, but thats just my .02. If you do convert your car please post some pics, I would still love to see how it turns out. good luck!

wow thats interesting...the evo8 kit looks alot better with the regular lancer headlights...it actually looks more like an evo8 compared to the evo7 kit on a lancer...the rounded headlights throw off the evo look on an evo7 kit since the kit is all box type and the evo8 has rounder lines that go perfect with the headlights. not too shabby.

That Taiwanese kit actually looks very close. I bet a lot of people would confuse that with a real Evo8 if you had 17s with it. But as for my opinion, I agree that there is no point in advertising that a car has almost 300 hp when it only really has 120. I get a huge kick out of passing Porsches, BMWs, and stuff on road courses in what looks like a normal grocery-getter. Besides, people confuse my Lancer for an Evo way too often even without a wing ir anything!
