65 HyperWhite Halogen Light Problems...
I bought a pair on eBay, 65w Halogens, and they seem pretty bright but it seems they aren't alligned right? Don't know if that sounds right but it seems like its hitting the light too high, and not so much on the street, how can I change this???

your gonna have to adjust the headlight...i dont know if thats possible on the lancer though...i have the same problem with my jdm headlamps...just too lazy to fix it
u have to take it to a dealership..or anybody who can do it for you, look at the manual and it says ..adjusting headlights...check with a profecional..i said..man f..k that i got a shop to do it for free
You can adjust the angle of the beam yourself. Use a 10 mm socket wrench and locate the nut behind the headlight. Park about 25 feet away from a wall at night and turn away. I forget which direction is up or down but you can figure it out.
