Heres the run down i have a 2003 Lancer ES
What i have so far is limo tint 5 percent all around, carbon fiber elegante altezzas, leather nose mask, mudguards the big rubber pieces, neon lights inside, and a pioneer head unit and some nice 14 inch chrome hub caps.

What should i get
18 inch rims
or
performance parts?

 

performance.. i say you get a throttle body, intake manfiold, intake, and catback.. but if you're on a budget, just a catback and intake .. or, if i were the one choosing, i would get the tein coilover setup.. the new one is only $889.. pretty damn good for four struts and springs

 

I would say throw away the chrome hub caps and get some rims.
sorry I laugh at all the peopel that go to wal-mart and get those.

 

It all depends on what you are planning on and what u like i guess. I mean, if you are in to looks, which is tkind of seems like u are with the neons and altezza's and such. I would say go with the new 18 in. Rims. But if you happy with how she looks, and can live with the hubs for a little bit, but u are starting to notice how slow she really is, then go for some performance upgrades. Such as Short Ram Intake or CAI and then get a nice catback system with a test pipe. U will gain like 10hp or somethingin that range and your car will not only look pretty nice inside but also sound really nice from the out. haha.

Just a few things to think about.

 

its all up 2 you but if u got all that done to your car dont you think u should finish it off with the rims? Its up to you tho whatever floats your boat...or u could get those spinneer hub caps and performance stuff

get an evo! .. hehehe.. hub caps arent that bad. i was in newark and i saw a huyndai with those hub cap spinners .. thats was the funniest shyt i've seen. but seriously.. i'd get some rims first

i voted before i saw that you have chrome hubcaps. please in the name of all that is right, get some rims.

 

def. get rims....u need rims...we all do...well...us ES owners do...lol

but get 17's..18's will just slow udown and u would need the intake/exhaust to catch back up to ur stock speed lol.
