It seems that my buddy did not address the package properly so that it got lost somewhere in Canada. If I can confirm this, I will give full refund to those who are impatient and can't wait for the next batch. I'm seriously fed up with all this. I'm not lucky these days since I was suppose to get new TYC lights but never got them...
