just buy some LUNDS scoops and mold em to ur hood on the front, be ur cheapest way. but all we have for lancer hoods is OEM Carbon Fiber and Evo Style Carbon Fiber...and thee uh...'razor' hood lmao but we won't go there

 

Just want to say thank you to everyone for the prompt response. Everyone has different tastes as someone stated. No requirements that you have to like it or drive it. Although I do appreciate your honesty.

 

well...... i say if you like it go for it. its not my taste, but if done right it might actually come out pretty decent. those hoods actually come out pretty good on civics and integras. fix up your car however you like, dont let anyone bring you down. its YOUR car..... not theirs. people have to realize that this "import scene" would be really boring if everyone had the same tastes. think about how boring it would be if EVERYONE had the kaminari bodykit on their lancers? and the same mods? i say go for it! something different.

Thanks for saying so... whether the game is sub-par or not... the visual mods piece of it works pretty well... I have done a lot of work with photoshop before, but this was a helluva lot easier than doing it manually through photoshop.

I just can't see spending $$ on something you can see in front of you. I really hate copying someone elses ride.... of course sometimes you are forced too.

I am not too worried about tweaking the performance really. I can't afford to get another speeding ticket. My last encounter with the law was not a pretty one. Something about me attempting to run the dang cop over and charging me with attempted murder. You think I am joking... however after sh*t load of money... and a good lawyer... it came out as disorderly conduct and 2 years probation.

What really happened who really knows, but I don't believe the cop. He claimed I ran over his foot... neither my wife or me can figure out how it happened... we suspect he was more pissed that he had to work Thanksgiving....

Sooooo... look fast is okay...but give me the juice to go fast... I don't know if I could behave.... you know if you have it... you just are dying to try it out... LOL.

Anyways ... thanks for the feedback.. good and bad. Always need both... keeps one in check.

i think u would def, need a new grill for if u do get a hood like that.

the way our grill is and the way that hood is didnt look to good at all. but im sure with a diff. grill it could work

and as for the NFS:U crappy sub-par game, i think the gray metallic(Close to TG) Lancer with some black rims looks pretty nice lol, or the dark black shiny chrome ones. might get black rims for my lancer isntead of gunmetal/graphite
