good idea! Where do you get the powdercoating paint? how much? and is it easy to do?

 

Im not sure how much it cost, but you need a shop to do it. i just wanted to see some pics of them because i want to put my old wheels on for winter. i was thinking of powdercoating them gunmetal like my 17's.

whats the diff between gunmetal and hyperblack?

 

Gunmetal is more dull...hyperblack is more shiny...like black chrome...

 

I have a guy here on the central coast who will do it for $45 per wheel for solid color and $65 to bronze
any Calif locals wanting to make the drive to the central coast for it let me know and I'll pass the info
he can also powdercoat anything metal for all your needs
metal coating is what his company does so it is creditable work...they will sandblast if needed too.
hope it at least gives you a price idea...don't know other shops though but that is what he quoted me
