well ive done lots of research..id thought id give my thoughts..there really isnt much that i can do to my lancer power wise...i really like my car though..its got a bit of a kick off the line. but i was going to trade the car in. but i decided against it. ( A friend of mine works at the sales in a office in calgary) So i turned around and got 17 inch rims and some new rubbers! I am really glad of my decision and just wanted to share it with you..i have the 03 oz edition...and just wanted to suggest to you guys...go order the front face plate off a 2004 the peice around the stereo and controls..its nicer..like a chrome almost! better then the one on a 03...anyways my 2 cents!

 

well its nice to hear you are happy with your car besides the obvious lack of power. Maybe someday you will become rich and have the $$$ to make it fast

ah yes... I remember the days of my gas-sucking SUV. I drove an S-10 Blazer 4x4... which got a whopping 13mpg. I kept toying with the idea of dropping in a Small Block 350 (as it wouldnt get any worse gas milage that what I was already getting) simply for more power, but decided to sell it in order to get my lancer

I'm debating between 17's and 18's right now. Good to hear you're keeping the car. I love having the 03 in calgary. They were only up here for a year and they already changed the design. If I started seeing my car everywhere I'd start to get a little pissed.
