my friend's 2003 LANCER RALLY EDITION
these are a few pics of my co-workers '03 RALLY EDITION. he got it from a junkyard, and we worked on the car together for about 6 months until it came out looking like this:

we used black automotive paint and added a flattening agent to give it that matte look.
the rear bumper and front fenders he said he got from ACCOLADE. they look pretty good with what he's got going on.
