compatible parts

i have a 2002 lancer es that i was recently in an accident with and damaged the front driver fender door and possibly the wheel assembly

I have found a 2003 rally edition (not awd) i am curious if the parts i need are cross compatible with each other?

02/03 es/ls/oz trim levels parts can be switched between the different trim levels... only difference is the strut top hat mount plate is different from the oz than the es/ls, not sure its been long time since I looked into it

I got a 2010 Lancer es put on 10 in wide wheels and got my front and rear fenders rolled and pulled still it rubbs a lot in the front so i was wondering if the evo 10 front fenders fit perfectly fine on a regular lancer i also put on some after market evo 10 headlights which fit perfectly without any issue please suggest me with some recommendations anyone who is aware of it.

Thanks

so there are no chances for me to use the evo 10 fenders?
if that's the case any recommendations for fender flares that would fit the fenders and stop it from rubbing or minimize any rubs?

thanks
