pics to big...

the pics i have are 204k bytes and i cant have anything over 102k, is there any way to make them smaller? i tried a few things and havent had any luck...

try opening them in MSPAINT. Choose File->Save AS and save as .JPG file. that should do it. your probably working with a bmp file and its too big.

go to paint ,click image, click strech /skew and reduce hieght and widht
