Do you all realize how much work will be involved to actually have a wide body???
IF they sell you the front and rear fenders you'll have plenty of sheet metal work to do since the rear fenders curve the whole length of the body above the door line. So you'll have to hack the hell out of your rear quarters.
What they'll probably do is make the fender flares out of fiberglass and have it be a double sided tape deal, which imo is tacky. And then it's not really a wide body is it!
Good luck having the kit cost under 2500. You'll need fb, rb, ss, hood and a new latching mechanism for the hood, fender flares or new front and rear quarter panels. With the "stick on flares" and a cheap hood you'll be lucky to stay under 2500. If they send decent quality hood and fenders and quarter panels you'll be lucky if it's under $5k. Not too mention all the body work and paint.

Don't get me wrong, hell I'd love that kit on my lancer, but it's going to either break your wallet or break when it comes out of the box.

 

This whole time I was waiting for someone like jozilla to come along. FINALLY! A brain! Only thing you forgot was the deep dish wheels or wheels with a craaaaazy offset to actually fill in the widebody!

im not trying to critisize any of you for liking that first pic of the widebody, but i honestly can say ive never seen such an ugly body kit in my life.....Im seriously considering sellign my car pretty soon because not one external part has been made that i can honestly say i would like to put on my car.....Ive been waiting for ralliart or some other JDM company to make something JDM style but nothing is being made......WHere are these parts??!?! someone has to be with me on this! keep the widebodies where they belong, on mustangs and camaros. just my two cents and please, dont take anything ive said personally, i am not trying to offend anyone.

Ok question, where are the pics for this body kit on the sharkracing.com web page? I did not see any under Lancer, I'm looking to see the kit on that car and from the pics I seen on here (fron bumper) is nothing. I thought this kit was gonna be massive with a nice body style in mind. The big look

 

is there a price established on this kit? or at least a range of price? bodykitconcept doesn't show any pics except wuick glimpse of the lance during the intro.
