i'm the closest? sweet... let me take another guess. you're making a mold out of the climate controls so that you can use it to bake break shaped like that. that way for long road trips you have something you can snack on right in front of you? what? getting colder? awww man...

give us a hint... is it performance, or ICE related? ooh, you're going to mold a monitor into it so it's flat? that'd be sooooo sweeeet.

i know its the ac/stereo surround piece...maybe hes gonna make it shiny to blind people....

he is using aluminum foil to cover it and is gonna do that to his interior...an aluminum foil wrapped interior!

i know ,i have a couple of buddies that do fiberglass work.. not sure what the piece is(maybe the din) but he pulled the din out and wraped it wit the gold paper then u pour the fiberglaass in so it can form around the din ..wait to dry.pull f/g out of the din , peel of gold paper & with alil work BAMMM insto f/g dim

^ You're correct... haha!

Here's what im doing, i wrapped the HVAC peice in aluminum foil so the FG doesnt stick to it while it's molding. Im only fiberglassing the din hole and the insert thingy. When it's dry im trimming the sides then filling it with body filler to flatten it out. After that, imma make a control panel for my ICE (lighting and amps). Maybe get 4-6 covered toggle switches and a 1/2 din equalizer and fit that into the mold. then it's gonna be painted to match my new dash paintjob.
