cleaning seats

okay, so i've got that "i eat too much mcdonalds and wipe my salty, greasy hands on my seat without realizing it" problem. any good suggestions on cleaning the cloth covers? can i just remove them and wash 'em by hand? or should i just try and use a damp cloth?

If you have a Wet-Vac, you can soak the hell out of them with soapy water and scrub, then vacuum out all the water.

Thats probably what i would do.

not too much water!!!!!

Only time I allow food in my car is only if it's double bagged and double cupped (for drinks) and BOTH containers have to be closed. No one can eat in the car. I always roll with my windows down and the AC's running full blast with all vents open if there is food in the car to keep the smell from settling in the cloth.
