Adam, not sure if your question in response to mine was directed to me, but if it was, get the SS and RL done first, then get the hood It will look hot when finished!

lancerozr- That is what I try to do...do things that no one else has. That is the main reason I got the CF trunk before the hood, and why I got CF canards. Thanks again and hopefully things will keep coming

EcrsEvo and MeWantBooost - I'm pretty sure that is what I'm gonna do. I'm going to check this week to see how hard it is to take off the SS and RL. Then I'm gonna get them sent off and wait again. I'm gonna be driving around looking like a yellow ES but oh well, only for a little while. Thanks again

Keep the comments coming

looking good man...keep up the good work. I am looking forward to seeing some more work on your car by team prototype. I was out at there shop this weekend. They are wrapping the hood, roof, and hatch on my friends xB and painting the entire car.

Kontra- Thanks alot for the compliment. The quality on this piece is beyond good, I was surprised at how well it turned out. The overall thickness afterwards is so small you can't even tell that the CF is on there as an aftermarket piece

Thanks again and post some pics of your friends xB when it's finished

adam,

You definitely get an A for originality. But Im not to big with the lower lip being the only carbon fiber piece on your kit. Maybe if you did the etire lower trim on your car carbon firber, then it might be more apealing. I agree with one of the guys that posted. If your car was black it'd look 100x better. I drive a black OZ and might have done something like this. But none the less, its original

Thanks alot for the "A" for originality...That is what I try to do, be more original. I dont know if you read through all the posts but I did say that i'm going to get the SS and RL done this summer sometime that way it all matches and I do agree it'll look alot better when they are all done.

Thanks again

Sorry, but I'm not a fan of the front lip being covered in carbon. Just too much of a contrast between the rest of the car and the front lip. In the pictures it looks like the thing is missing or in a shadow. It looks like it has a beard. I think if you do the side skirts and rear in carbon the will just look like they are missing. Plus why have the piece covered in carbon? just have them make the whole piece in carbon. Just me, but I think it's kinda cheezy.

Make a carbon fiber splitter and put it on under the front lip and that would be cool. Plus if you need more carbon. Not just the one piece. Sticks out like a sore thumb!
