Flip Flop Trunk Lid

While doing my calipers and drums red I got bored so I decided to do the flip flop trunk kit. Also pics of my neon lights

yea, i just tilt my trunk up, put in the two lower bolts and its back to normal, ive been really busy with work so when I get a chance ill put a DIY up. It is helpful to have a welder handy tho

I did mine without any welding and did it in about 30 minutes. I've had it done for about a year, just never got around to posting pics on here. Looks nice on black

You don't have to use hood pins (or trunk pins if you wasnt to say that), do you? I've seen a lot of people do this and their trunk doesn't fit down good and they have to use pins to hold it down. That is not for Lancers, like on a honda and some nissans I seen it.

nah no pins, just the stock latch, i could have used screws but i chose to weld.
