attn: kaminari owners

i just did a test fit of the kit this weekend and i've only got 1 question at this point.

for the back lip, do you put holes in the lip for the screws in the wheel well where the bumper attaches? i don't see any other way for it to attach.

kit might be going to the painter today, so if anyone has any comments or suggestions before it's gone, let me know. i've already marked all holes on the car to drill, just didn't have time yesterday.

I drilled holes in the wells to hold it there, as well as double sided tape along the top lip.

double sided tape didnt do ****. i put holes in the fender wall and behind the lip to support it.

I did both as well to my back lip...double sided tape and holes for screws in the wheel area.

That applies to a silver LS, correct? I thought at one time I heard of two different silvers. Maybe that was evo vs. slowpoke though.

i just wanted to double check. just got back from the shop. estimate ended up being $680 for painting it. i'd have to install myself. the guy had originally said it would be $4-500. Hmmmmmm

its a pretty easy looking kit to paint, but then again, I'm not a painter. There are 2 silvers, satelite and coronado sand.

jus curious...uranium...I got my kit painted, and looks a little off. So if you say there's two silvers...satellite and coronado sand...where does Munich Silver come in?
