What do you use to get the letters off a hairdryer or what?

yeah just heat the letters with a hairdryer and when they're hot to the touch go behind them with some dental floss, they should come right off. then if you have any residue from the glue use something called goo-gone, its an adhesive remover you can find most anywhere

just make sure you wax after using 'goo-gone'.. if not, it'll cause some 'clouding' on the clearcoat permanently.
