Hey Melaz, to make your cf hood sit a bit lower and more tight.. take out the black ruber stoppy things. IF you have done that, also try sliding your hood down. IF you did that also, then try changing the spring in the latch haha.. if done all that I guess you will just have to keep it that way. I think I have the same hood as you and mine fits a little closer.. I still haven't changed the spring in the latch either (after that, the thing will be fitting better than stock haha.)
