dont install by yourself unless you know what ur doing, my wing didnt come out so right... i had to redrill holes, because i was a cheap skate to have a shop do it for me. I was lucky thou, i bought my spoiler already painted (silver). Now im thinking about switching and going for the 8 now.

 

How was the paint job? did it match? I heard it could be very easily damaged in shipping.

 

I got the Evo VII wing painted (just the sides) for $120. Installed my self, came out perfect. I had no holes in my trunk either, I had to do the drilling.

 

i will trade my OZ and evo 7 for an evo 8!!!

 

hehe i took autobody for 5yrs. installin a wing is simple. jus some measurements to make sure u put it even line up n drill put the lil rubber seals in so no water can come in. n tada. but ya any1 sellin they evo wing? for cheap.

where can you get the rubber things? home depot I assume? What are they called, I don't wanna look stupid when I say, you know those little round circle rubber things and then the guy points me to fans or something

 

try ebay for cheap prices.. theyre good wings.

where'd you get it painted? Even maaco told me 150 bucks for just the spoiler. 1 Day Paint&Body wanted 350.

 

I have a repair place that I've gone through for the pieces I've had painted so far. They give me good deals since I keep coming back.
