$460 shipped? I don't think they would even quote me for that cheap. That is like giving it away. They only get $100 off VIS's retail price which is about $500 from VIS so they pay $400 maybe. I don't know, I am looking at getting one, so I'm gonna email them and see what they say.

Seen it was from Josh@Jive, did they give you a discount since you sell parts for the Lancer? If so I want the same quote from them haha!

 

Actually yes there is Carbon Fiber on the inside of the trunk also but I don't have a camera right now to take pics of it but when I get a camera I'm going to post pics of my trunk set up for sure....

I was the very first person to ever get the trunk from them, and they wound up losing money on my sale. I paid them $425 shipped, which was their asking price when they first put the trunk on their site. I bought it from them literally the second day the trunk was on their site.... then like 2 weeks later they called me and said that they couldnt sell it to me for $425 becuase they get them for $350 (so that is their cost), and they said shipping runs $150 straight from VIS since they didnt even have them in stock yet!! I was pretty pissed, but paid the extra $75 because I really needed the trunk (I had gotten rear-ended and needed a new lid). Becuase I was the first sale on the VIS trunk, they gave me $40 back for my pics of the trunk lid on my car (check out cerious's site for the pics). $500-$40=$460... which means they never made a cent off me, and in reality, lost that $40 for the pics. Im thinking shipping wasnt really $150... so maybe they did make a little cash, but thats fine - I still got the best deal I've seen on a VIS CF trunk.

Also, a lot of stuff Cerious gets for me, they don't make money off of either. Just trying to help me out. Great company.

I will be getting the cf trunk after I get my body kit.

 

Its not the CF VIII wing, its Cerious's Evo VII CF wing...
