uh lets see, theres RRM at http://www.roadracemotorsports.com/, theres cerious performance at http://www.ceriousperformance.com/ or you could try looking for a group buy on ralliart grills. Just look in my registry to see what that looks like. Im sure theres a website you can get it at I just can't think of it right now.

the intake will be fine with snow. The tails will last/react the same way your stock tails would. The exhaust might experience some corrosion problems, but try and find a stainless steel one. I managed to get a magnaflow catback for 305 shipped off one of the pages on this board. And the magnaflow is stainless steel. Thats not too expensive, and it'll last a good long time.

do not go with bomz, thats one of those terrible universal ebay ricey mufflers that sound terrible. if you want to save money on the grille you can paitn the stock one and it looks pretty good. you can also make your own cold air intake, jsut go to home depot for the tubing, clamps, etc and buy a cheap mas adapter plate on ebay and a k&n style cone filter.

In fact, heres the one I've got right here, don't think it's the same seller though:

Shippings a ***** but the muffler is cheap
Plus it doesn't burn your rear lip/bumper like some of the cheap ones do
