I want to buy an OZ lip kit for my Lancer ES from a member on this site and was wondering if 3M 2-way tape is strong enough to make it hold even in winter conditions. I know this topic has already been covered once but no people who installed the kit answered the thread.

You'll probably wanna put at least a few screws in it to hold it where the tape can't... It's really not that hard though, just drill a few holes

 

you don't have to use 3m tape or 2 sided tape to stick the OZ lip into ur ES.

 

OK so screws like on the OZ near the wheels and two way tape to replace the pins on the OZ?

its always better to use 3M double sided tape heavy duty it'll prevent theft and if ever your screws come out or you get into an accident the 3M heavy duty tape will hold onto those skirts with kung-fu grip!

 

My friend bought my OZ lip few months ago and he didn't use 3m tape. He drilled the bumper (like what I have on my stock bumper w/out the OZ lip) and use screws. Just like stock. But it you want it to hold stronger, then use two sided tape.
