How To...Indiglo gauges?

I know this has been covered many times but I did not see a how/to on it. Just need directions on installing reverse indiglo gauges. Thanks

the reverse are just over lays correct?
over lay it and the splice into a power.

yeah just be careful where you splice. I originally spliced mine into my dimmer switch since it was right there.....well long story short when I turned the dimmer up the gauges would go out and when I turned the gaues up my dashlights went out...

also, other people (myself included) originally had trouble with the needle getting stuck because the gauges are an overlay. What you might have to do is take a box cutter and very very carefully cut the white gauges around the perimeter of the spedometer needles pivot point. this will allow the speedometer needle to move more freely and if you do it close enough, is not visible with the gauges cluster in place.

as yes it is ok to cut through the one silver strip running on the back side or the gauges near the spedometer needle, it doesnt effect anything.

also, to keep it not getting stuck, pop of the little black covers around the needle(they are just little covers), take a razor blade or something and shave it down a little.
