The headlights are stock...just filmed or spray tinted or something. Local cops would probably have a field day on your *** with those things.

 

Hobie you are all mighty and powerful but I can see that htere is something solid in those headlights if you look at them there is solid blue around and infront of the bulb it is not a film or just painted it is solid molded plastic. If it was just a film you would be able to see inside of hte lense and if it was painted you would be able to see the frame of the bulb.
